The SA then briefs the Relationship Architect (RA) of your needs and the three of you designs your dedicated InWorker℠. The RA takes the wheel to gather information about your existing workflow and collaborates with you to integrate your InWorker℠ into your business processes.
Now that your InWorker℠ has been designed, the training phase can begin. The RA facilitates the training of the InWorker℠ to ensure proper integration into your organization’s working culture. Your existing management team leads the training by evaluating set workflows for the InWorker℠ and improves them if needed.
The InWorker℠ has learned the business processes and is ready to improve the workflows of your organization. At this point the InWorker℠ transitions to a full time dedicated resource for you and your existing staff. The InWorker℠ now has everything necessary to efficiently and effectively work as a member of your team.
Meet The Team
Solution Architect (SA) will be responsible for understanding your organization, creating roles for the InWorker℠, and partnering with you to reengineer your workflow. This Architect focuses on how your existing staff can be allocated to patient activities while the InWorker℠ focuses on the business work of the practice. Once the Solution Architect has created the roles for the InWorker℠, the InWorker℠ is migrated over to the Relationship Architect to be screened and trained for your organization.
Relationship Architect (RA) acts as an extension of your organization’s human resources team. An RA screens, recruits, and trains your InWorker℠ to ensure proper placement for your organization’s needs. RA facilitates weekly team meetings for you and your InWorker℠, conducting monthly checkpoints, providing ongoing strategic consultation, and maintaining continuous communication with your organization for the the best experience possible.
InWorker℠ enables you to reinvent your customer’s experience by relieving your existing staff from the hassles of the business work. This relief of tedious duties allows your existing staff to focus more on your customers. InWorker℠ reports to you only. The RA steps in simply to facilitate checkups when needed.
